- All contracts will be rounded up to the nearest quarter million.
- Free Agents will be auctioned off, meaning every team has the chance to acquire a free agent. As in an auction, the highest bidder wins. However, to win the auction, your bid must stand the highest for at least 24 hours or 1 day.
- The minimum contract length is2 1 years, except for players 34 years old or older, which may be given 1 year contracts. The maximum is 5 years.
- Any team can re-sign their free agents by matching the highest bid.
- Minimum Bid is $1, bids are increments of .25

There are no maximum or minimum contract lengths based on AAV of contract. The maximum years remains 5 years in length.
You can buy-out a players contract by paying 50% of his total contract.

- Any minor leaguer who has not played in the Major Leagues for at least one game CANNOT be bid upon.
Salary Cap Restrictions
- You may not bid more money under your cap than you have available when you bid. For example, if you have $10 in available cap space for this season, you may not bid $11 or more for a player.

- As an example, a contract of $4/2 years is considered a better offer than a contract of $3/3 years
Contract Structuring
- All contracts are viewed as a flat-rate contract.
- For example, if you bid $4/2 years, the contract structure will be: 4, 4.
